Zombie☠☠☠ – Hamilton Beachbum Berry Zombie rum blend, lime juice, grapefruit juice, falernum, cinnamon syrup, grenadine, absinthe, and Angostura bitters

Agricole – rhum (the French spelling) made from sugarcane juice, rather than molasses. Martinique produced agricoles may be designated as AOC (appelation d’origine controlee), a French protected designation of origin by following certain production standards, similar to Champagne and Bordeau.

Demerara rum – rum made in Guyana from sugarcane grown at the banks of the Demerara River

falernum – a liqueur common in tiki cocktails with flavors of ginger, lime and cloves. I generally use John H Taylor’s Velvet Falernum

fassionola – a passion fruit syrup, made with additional fruit to give it extra color and tropical flavor.

grenadine – you’re probably familiar with this one, but I don’t use the popular commercial bright red syrups. Traditional grenadine is a simple mix of sugar and pomegranate juice.

orgeat – an almond syrup featured in many tiki cocktails and made essential by the popularity of the Mai Tai. I generally use Liber & Co Orgeat
